Open to anyone curious about nervous system awareness, relational presence, or practicing empathy in community.
1) 40-minute guided vagal toning practice:
Through poetry, breath, movement, and touch, we slow down to explore ways to notice and support our nervous systems.
The invitations are toward warmth, ease, and giving yourself permission to follow what feels right at your own pace.
You might find yourself:
Sensing your body’s rhythms
Connecting with breath and movement
Vocalizing, self-havening, or noticing small glimmers of resource that deepen into glows
2) 50-minute empathy circle
Here we may:
Slow down our sharing
Listen to understand
Coregulate in a field of resonance, understanding, and mutual empathy
This is a chance to practice presence, strengthen connection, and explore the impact of co-creating a structure that supports mutual empathy in community.
